1. CHALLENGE
The Leuven college Groep T has a very impressive teacher training programme: very international in its orientation regarding methods expressly based on Unesco's '4 pillars of education'.

Because being a teacher in 2008 is not only a fascinating job, but also a very demanding one, Groep T asked us to ensure that our recruitment campaign attracted the right people.
Not people who associate teaching with 'lots of holidays', but those who take the societal role of teaching seriously and who not only want to educate, but who also want to engage.
2. Solution
We created a very individual campaign which appeared for three weeks in Humo. The overall baseline said it all : 'Groep T teacher training.

The Art of Teaching.' Each of the four ads was based on one of Unesco's '4 pillars of education'. Together they made it clear why a changing world needs a changing teacher training programme. And that there's more to teaching than just teaching. In summary, ‘Have you got what it takes to be a teacher today? Welcome to Groep T.'
